How do I search and purchase a product?

You can click on SHOP to view our listing of items. Alternatively, if you are looking for something specific, please use the TAG CLOUD on the right of the main page which are categorized into Dresses, Tops, Pants, FLO Originals, Bags and Maternity. Once you have found the item you want, click ADD TO CART and follow the screen instructions from thereon. Before you check out, remember to purchase a SHIPPING product in order to incorporate delivery charges into your final CHECK OUT.

Do you have a size guide?

All FLO’s items are Free Size, unless otherwise stated.

What currencies do you deal in?

We accept Ringgit Malaysia for Malaysian buyers. If you are an international purchase, you will see the price in USD when you click on the individual items.

Do you have a shop?

Who needs a shop? You have to get there, find a parking, queue up to pay, and then drive all the way home. FLO is an online Fashion Portal, which means you can shop 24 hours a day and we send the items right to your doorstep!

I have seen a product, but it no longer seems to be in stock.

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s out of stock. However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we add hundreds of new items every week so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for.

Why can’t I add an item into my shopping cart?

When this happens, it means that the item is sold out.

Pre-Order items – How long do I need to wait for delivery and what about payment?

For Pre-Orders, an allowance of approximately one month is required upon confirmation of purchase for your items to be delivered to you. Kindly make full payment should your total purchase be lower than RM300/USD100 to confirm order. For orders above RM300/USD100, 50% payment is accepted.

What is your return policy?

FLO works on a no-return policy.

DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is confirmed and paid for, you will receive the items between 3-5 working days depending on your location.

What are your international shipping destinations and how much do I have to pay?

Please contact us for a complete list and cost info.

I have received an incorrect item in my order.

If you have received an incorrect item, or an item you have ordered has not arrived, please contact us immediately.

What can I do if my item is faulty?

At FLO, we try our best to ensure the quality of our products. Prior to sending out we individually check items to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects.

PAYMENT

How do I pay?

We have 2 payment options for customers – For payment via credit card, you can pay through www.PayPal.com to floshoppe@gmail.com email account or alternatively, a cash deposit into our Am Bank account  081-202-200259-7 (FLO Shoppe Resources).

Is it safe to order online?

Safer than it’s ever been! We use PayPal (an internationally recognized and secure payment systems). Alternatively, you can choose to do a deposit into our banking account directly. Whichever mode of payment you choose, please send us proof of payment in order for us to be keep tab as well.
